SWOAFP is pleased to have Susan Creighton speak on the value of outsourcing and ways to drive additional efficiency in your financial systems. Susan will discuss which functions can be outsourced in the full working capital spectrum of accounts receivables and accounts payable, including statement rendering, posting of receivables, unclaimed property, invoice receipt and entry, disbursements and account reconcilement.
Ms. Creighton is the Business Development Executive for the Financial Services Region of Mellon’s Global Cash Management (GCM) department. She is responsible for building new relationships with insurance, broker/dealer and investment clients in the eastern United States.
During her 19 years with Mellon Financial Corporation, Ms. Creighton has served in a number of senior roles including Team Leader for Cash Management Sales for several portfolios, Manager of Quality Assurance for the Cash Management Department and Senior Financial Consultant for the Treasury Consulting division.
Ms. Creighton has been a permanent Certified Cash Manager since 1995 and holds a Certified Public Accountant certification in Pennsylvania.
