Annual Association Meeting:

SWOAFP bylaws designate the May meeting as our annual meeting.  In accordance with our bylaws, we will take just a few minutes to have our Treasurer present the financial statement of the association and to present for approval by the membership a proposed budget, including the amount of dues to be assessed on a per member basis for the following fiscal year.  The nominating committee will present for election by the membership the slate of association officers for the upcoming year commencing June 1.

Jerry is Senior Vice President at Provident Bank and has responsibility for the Treasury Management, Electronic Merchant Services, International, Group Banking, and Correspondent Banking departments.  Jerry serves on the board of NACHA as well as Payments Central, a regional ACH operator.   Jerry has over 30 years in banking and started the bank’s Treasury Management Department over 20 years ago.
