We are very excited to be teaming up with 3CDC for what is sure to be another exciting event!  We will be meeting outside the 3CDC offices located in OTR and the walking tour will begin promptly at 5:00pm. 

3CDC will be giving a general overview of its organization, as well as details on how it goes about acquiring and financing projects. 3CDC will be showing several of its projects which are currently in progress. 

After the tour concludes, we would love for you to join us at Kaze (1400 Vine Street) for a happy hour and networking event.  Everyone is welcome!
