John Caulfield is Senior VP of Finance for Phillips Edison & Company. John is responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, and investor relations. He joined Phillips Edison in 2014 as Vice President / Treasurer and Investor Relations where he was responsible for cash management, capital markets compliance, and investor relations. Previously, Mr. Caulfield served as Vice President - Treasurer and Investor Relations with CyrusOne Inc. where he played a key role in the company’s successful IPO, the establishment of its capital structure and treasury function, and creation, positioning, and strategy of messaging and communications with investors and research analysts. Prior to that, Mr. Caulfield spent seven years with Cincinnati Bell, held various positions in treasury, finance and accounting, including Assistant Treasurer and Director of Investor Relations. Mr. Caulfield has a BSBA in Accounting and a master’s in business administration from Xavier University. He is also a certified public accountant. 

Sean Fagin is VP & CFO North America for General Cable. Sean is a global business leader with extensive strategic, financial, and operational experience in both World-Class Fortune 50 and Mid-Cap transformational environments (Procter & Gamble, General Cable). He is an innovative change agent with a history of combining creative thinking and disciplined operations in a variety of organizations, cultures, and across domestic and international markets. He has held leadership roles in several businesses across FP&A, Treasury, M&A, and Corporate Finance. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2004, and he is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) since 2015. Mr. Fagin has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University and an MBA (Finance) from University of Cincinnati. 

Jeffrey Wuest is CEO and president of SynFiny Advisors, a consulting management firm serving corporate finance and specializing in the creation or transformation of shared services and FP&A. Previously, he spent 25 years as a finance leader at Procter and Gamble, living and working in every region across the globe. Most recently he spent eight years focused on the creation and development of the P&G Global Business Services finance organization.
