Jay Forthman is currently in charge of Elavon’s Retail Strategy for Elavon as it pertains to enterprise customers through SMB. Previously, he managed the Elavon Global Domain Expert team which included such areas as security, interchange, and business process outsourcing. Prior to that role, he managed the Solution Design and Engineering team at Elavon NA. In this role, he guided a team of professionals to find solutions for Elavon’s largest and most valuable customers. In addition, he worked internally as Elavon moved into LATAM and added new products, such as SAFE T Suite and Fusebox.  Jay's background consists of retail management, POS Dealer GM, Grocery Warehouse Retail Systems Manager and POS development prior to joining Elavon as a Senior Solutions Engineer.


Steve Cole is the Merchant Product Manager for EMV at Vantiv.  In this role, he is responsible for product development of the EMV program for Vantiv’s merchant customers and assisting merchants and Vantiv’s software partners with navigating the EMV certification process.  Steve has been with Vantiv since 2005 and has held various positions in project and product management with a focus on the merchant acquiring line of business.  Prior to joining Vantiv, Steve worked as a consultant with Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint for over 8 years.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Masters of Business Administration in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas.
