Daphne Gilliam is a VP and ACH Product Manager at PNC Bank responsible for product strategy, product enhancements and profitability. Prior to joining PNC, Daphne was a Senior Manager in Corporate Treasury at Walmart. She supported ACH and check conversion at the point of sale for Walmart and Sam’s Club in the US and Puerto Rico.
Daphne is a member of NACHA’s Payments Innovation Alliance and participant on the Account Validation Task Force. She is also the past co-chair of the Business Payments Advisory Committee.
Daphne holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Virginia State University and an MBA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and a Certified Cash Manager (CCM).
