Larry C. Williams – SynFiny Advisors Partners

Larry leverages over 40 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Production Management, Purchasing/Procurement/Accounts Payable and Acquisition & Divestitures. He has extensive experience to transform Suppliers, Solutions, Processes and Organizations using Strategic Sourcing practices and best in class Procure-to-Pay practices to order to create value. Larry spent his last 20 years at P&G in several roles in Global Business Services as North America Plant Capital & Expenses Purchases / Procurement Process Owner and in Global Payment Services responsible for Accounts Payable/ Vendor Master Process Solution Ownership, whilst providing operational support to the regional Shared Service Centers. He also spent the last 5 years at leading P2P for P&G Acquisitions & Divestitures working on divestiture of Pringles, Duracell and Beauty Care brands and acquisition of Merck Consumer Health brands. Larry holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Once you access the Zoom meeting via the link above, you will have the option of joining with or without video. Please choose without video to preserve bandwidth for the presenter. Next you will be able to choose whether you want to use your computer audio for the meeting or if you would rather call in. If you choose "phone call" there will be a phone call in number and a meeting ID available for your as well as a Participant ID that is specific to you. Once you've called in, just hit "done" and you'll be ready to go!

If you have never used Zoom before, you may need to download a small software extension for your browser. The download itself is very quick, but this does sometimes require assistance from your IT department (depending on your company's firewall settings). Therefore, we recommend that you test the Zoom meeting link prior to the intended start time.
