Ryan McCarty, Branch Director For over 13 years, Ryan McCarty has been a noteworthy leader in the Accounting & Finance Consulting space. Driven by helping companies and consultants with special projects and strategic initiatives, he takes pride in providing solutions to improve efficiencies and increase productivity. As Branch Director, his goal is growing people and growing revenue. In addition to his primary job functions, Ryan has been recognized as a top performer at Robert Half for his extraordinary commitment to leadership and development. He holds a BA in Accounting from Miami University and currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jodie Dugan, Practice Director & Senior Vice President Jodie joined Robert Half over 18 years ago leading our senior consulting practice for finance and accounting in Central Ohio. Jodie has placed over 1,850 consultants for clients across Ohio and shifted to the Southwest Ohio region almost 5 years ago. Her specializations for project consulting delivery include financial services clients spanning regulatory, accounting, finance, risk and compliance projects. Jodie spent 8 years in accounting roles with Rolls-Royce Energy and Limited Brands. She has a Dual Bachelors in accounting and human resources management from Ohio State University. |

Matt Tolbert, Senior Risk Specialist and Special Examiner
Matt Tolbert is a senior risk specialist with the Supervision and Regulation Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland serving as a cybersecurity and operational risk management subject matter expert. His responsibilities include identifying emerging operational risk trends affecting the financial services industry as well as coordinating the Federal Reserve’s supervisory monitoring of large and foreign banking organizations’ cyber risk exposures and information security programs.
Mr. Tolbert joined the Federal Reserve in 2018 bringing more than 20 years of experience in operational risk assessment, information security operations, and technology risk management. He is a former Chief Information Security Officer and has previously served in leadership roles with BNY Mellon, First Niagara Bank, and the Federal National Mortgage Association. He has also served as a management consultant principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as an operational risk management expert with the U.S Treasury’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

Kristin Ostrowski- Senior Manager, Card & Digital Payment Fraud Strategy Kristin is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to mitigate payment fraud across business lines and transaction modalities. She leads efforts to manage and communicate customer payment fraud-related matters, working closely with myriad cross-functional teams (internally and externally), including technology, security, contact centers, operations and more. Kristin oversees financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and comprehensive financial analysis related to payment fraud and abuse within the Treasury and Payments team and utilizes data-driven decision-making, while considering cost and ensuring a good experience for customers. Kristin has over a decade of experience in driving results, innovation, process improvement and problem solving within fraud and analytics. Prior to her current role, Kristin has also worked for Macy’s as the Director of Fraud POS Strategy & Analytics as well as fraud strategy and compliance roles at Fifth Third Bank. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a board member of the Southwest OH ACFE Chapter, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree and Master of Science in Criminal Justice degree from the University of Cincinnati. |

Brandon Rudd, Director of the Center for Research and Data, Cincinnati Chamber
Prior to joining the Cincinnati Chamber, he led the demographic and employment database development for the OKI Regional Council of Governments, the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Cincinnati region. He has more than a decade of planning and economic development experience in seven states and holds bachelor’s degrees in Urban Planning and Political Science from Ohio University and a master’s degree in Urban Affairs and Public Policy from the Joseph R. Biden School of Public Policy at the University of Delaware. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, bike riding, and traveling with his wife Colleen. One of his traveling goals is to visit every county in the United States. With over 2,000 still to go, it might take a while.
