Robert Foote, ACH Product Management
Bob Foote leads the ACH product management team in Global Payment Services (GPS) at Bank of America. In this role, he oversees marketing and development for ACH payment and fraud-prevention products used by corporate and institutional clients, and directs ACH compliance and risk management functions. He represents Bank of America on Wespay Board of Directors, The Clearing House EPN Business Committee, and Nacha committees. Prior to his current position, Bob led Bank of America’s efforts to market and develop alias-based business-to-consumer payment offerings, including Zelle, PayPal, and Push-to-Debit Card in the US and internationally. He was part of the Latin America GTS product management team where he focused on transactional FX products, channel management, deal engineering, and building the treasury capabilities of Bank of America Brazil. Before that, Bob held positions on the Country Expansion team – focusing on strategic partnerships with banks in the Middle East and Latin America, and in Channel Management, working on a variety of CashPro Online, CashPro Connect, and SWIFT initiatives. Bob began his banking career at Citibank, where he held roles in FI operations management before moving on to a series of product development and product management positions. Bob earned a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University, and an MA in International Relations from Tulane University. |

Pete Metz, Vice President, Civic Strategy & Policy
Pete leads the organization’s external strategy at the intersection of business, civic, and public leadership. He oversees the Chamber’s Government Affairs & Advocacy team, the Center for Research & Data, and the Chamber Foundation, aligning these efforts to advance regional priorities like transportation, housing, infrastructure, and economic development.
For nearly a decade, Metz has helped spearhead the business community’s leadership on transportation, successfully advocating for local, state, and federal policies that have delivered hundreds of millions of dollars for projects such as the Brent Spence Bridge, Western Hills Viaduct, record transit funding, and the CROWN trail network. He also served as a senior advisor to the landmark Move Forward campaign, Hamilton County’s first successful transportation levy. Metz previously worked as Chief of Staff to Cincinnati Vice Mayor David Mann and in Washington, D.C., on federal transportation and energy policy.
Leslie Mooney, Vice President & Executive Director, BLINK
BLINK is the nation’s largest immersive light and art event. Transforming over 30 city blocks across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with large-scale projection mapping, interactive light sculptures, and world-class street art, BLINK attracts international attention and over a million visitors to the greater Cincinnati region every other year.
Previously, Leslie spent twelve years at the helm of one of Cincinnati’s premier community arts organizations, the Clifton Cultural Arts Center (CCAC). Among other accomplishments during her time at CCAC, she spearheaded the capital campaign and construction of the first purpose-built community arts center located in the city of Cincinnati, increased the accessibility of arts education opportunities in the urban core, and tripled CCAC’s revenue, staff size and attendance. Mooney began her career in the cultural sector as Assistant Director of Education and eventually Director of Development at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. She led research and interpretation projects at the US Department of Justice in Washington, DC and at the Boston History & Innovation Collaborative. Her career has focused on building civic connection through storytelling, placemaking, and inclusive arts programming.

Riley Saunders, Senior Vice President, Director of Capital Planning and Liquidity
Riley and his team are responsible for the development and execution of Fifth Third’s capital plan, liquidity risk management framework and balance sheet funding strategy. With over 17 years of experience at Fifth Third, he has helped the bank navigate a wide range of operating environments, including the COVID-19 environment and the regional banking stress of early 2023. Riley lives in Louisville, KY with his wife, Sara, and their three children. Riley is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he studied economics.

Richard Anderson, Supervisory Special Agent FBI Supervisory Special Agent Anderson has served with the FBI for over fifteen years working cyber related investigations to include crimes against children and both criminal and national security computer intrusions. SSA Anderson is also a member of the FBI’s Cyber Action Team and was a member of the FBI’s Evidence Response Team for ten years. SSA Anderson will be speaking on the FBI's perspective on cyber-crime. |

Bradley Ruppert, CFA, Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer Director of Wealth Investments
As Chief Investment Officer, Brad is responsible for LCNB National Bank’s investment strategy. He works with the Executive Committee to ensure that the Bank’s Investment Portfolio is optimized with respect to current liquidity, earnings, and risk targets established by the Board of Directors. Brad also provides oversight to the investment strategy for the LCNB Wealth Group. He oversees the research and allocation targets for the department and serves as Portfolio Manager for numerous client relationships. Brad serves as Chairman of the Investment Services Committee that provides oversight of the Investment Services Division to ensure that the department adheres to all rules, regulations, and internal policies. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the CRA Committee to help ensure the bank stays in compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act and remains focused on reinvesting into the communities we serve. Brad graduated from Clemson University in 1998 with a degree in Financial Management. He has over 27 years of combined security trading and portfolio management experience. He began his career in 1998 as securities trader for First National Bank of Southwestern Ohio before moving into portfolio management. He joined LCNB’s growing trust department in 2008 and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 2012. Brad resides in Franklin with his daughter Reilly and girlfriend Elizabeth. He enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, and snow skiing in his spare time. He is also active in the community and has enjoyed serving on numerous boards.
