Tristan Thompson, Head of Payment Products - UMB Bank
Tristan Thompson is head of Payments Products at UMB Bank in Kansas City, MO. He has responsibility for the overall strategy, delivery and execution of UMBs traditional and emerging Payments Product offerings. Tristan is as an industry expert and thought leader that has served on multiple committees including NACHA Payments Institute Board of Regents, NACHA Rules and Operations Committee, The Federal Reserve Faster Payments Taskforce and EPCOR Board. His community involvement includes serving on the KC Cares for Kids Leadership Team and volunteer for the Dream Factory of Greater Kansas City. Prior to his time with UMB, he was a manager within KPMGs Financial Services Banking practice and graduated from University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
