Please join the SWOAFP for a fascinating, behind the scenes look at the Aronoff, the region's premier performing arts center. Both the Aronoff Center for the Arts and Cincinnati Music Hall are managed under the umbrella of the larger Cincinnati Arts Association (CAA). 

Steve Loftin, President of the CAA since 2000, is responsible for the overall administration of CAA and its facilities. In this meeting, he will address the financial and operational challenges of managing an in-person arts organization during a pandemic. 

Steve started working with CAA in 1993 as Executive Vice President, assisting in the construction and subsequent operation of the Aronoff Center for the Arts while overseeing the operations of Music Hall. Prior to his employment with CAA, Steve held similar positions at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville. Steve has an extensive background in theatre production and has worked in the performing arts field for over 40 years.

Mr. Loftin lives in Cincinnati with his wife Ginger. Together, they have 4 children and 10 grandchildren!

Appetizers, beer and wine to be provided by Vonderhaars Catering. 

PLEASE NOTE: Per current Aronoff Center Covid-19 health guidelines, all visitors must wear masks to enter the facility. For those interested in taking the Backstage Tour after the presentation, you must show proof of vaccination (either your vaccine card, or a photo thereof).

SWOAFP Members and Guests should enter the Aronoff Center via the Weston Art Gallery doors on 7^th Street. There will be welcome signage just inside the building, with directions to take the elevators to the 4^th level.

PARKING: CAA suggests using the LAZ Parking Garage at 36 East 7th Street. The entrance to the LAZ garage is on the north side (left) of the street between Vine & Walnut Streets.
