Justin Brookhart, Senior Vice President, Cultural Economy & Executive Director - BLINK ® Cincinnati, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber

Justin led the return of the nation’s largest light, art, and projection mapping experience to an audience of over 2,000,000 attendees in 2022.

Most recently, he was the Vice President of Operations for the Better Business Bureau of Central Texas, where he led the organization's third-party administration of Covid-19 emergency relief grant funding to small businesses, non-profits, and creative workers. Previously, as the Vice President of Operations for Mondo, he partnered with world-class designers and illustrators to grow an international community of collectors. Justin also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Renegade Craft, a group that works with artistic entrepreneurs to produce a nationwide tour of events that support the creative economy.

Justin, an Austin, TX native, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film Arts from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. He lives in the Clifton neighborhood with his wife, Erin, an Ohio native.

Julianne L. Malone, Vice President of Relationship Management and Business Development - State Street Global Advisors

As an Account Executive, Global Cash Business, she is a member of the Global Cash and Liquidity team and is Head of the East Coast operations for the Cash Management team. She focuses on helping Institutional clients with cash and fixed income investing. With over 16 years of industry experience, Julianne recently joined SSGA from Fidelity Investments where she worked with the financial intermediary sector as a Sales and Relationship Manager. Prior to that she worked at Wells Fargo Asset Management.

Julianne received her Bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University in 2006 and her Executive Masters of Business Administration from Queens University in 2017. She holds her series 7 and 63 Securities licenses.




William Goldwait, Vice President, Portfolio Strategist - State Street Global Advisors

As a member of the Global Cash and Global Fixed Income Investment Management Teams, Will is responsible for the communication of cash and fixed income investment strategy and performance to clients, consultants and prospects. He covers multiple sectors and vehicles, including both active and indexed fixed income. Prior to joining SSGA in 2014, Will spent time on both the advisory and brokerage side of the business. Most recently, he was part of Royal Bank of Scotland's Institutional Fixed Income Sales team and Merrill Lynch's Institutional Money Market Sales Team. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Will worked as a Money Market Portfolio Manager and Fixed Income Trader for Columbia Management and Fleet Investment Advisors. Will received his BA from Roanoke College and has his Series 7 and 63 Securities License.

Becky Foster, Senior HR Business Strategist, Strategic HR Business Advisors

Becky is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of HR leadership experience. She has operated both as an internal HR Business Partner and external HR Consultant managing processes and advancing initiatives that support organizational goals, improve bottom-line performance, and enhance company culture. Her HR leadership and talent acquisition experience spans across a wide variety of industries with specialization in talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance. Although she began her career as an IT consultant for a Big 4 firm, she pivoted her career toward HR as she discovered her passion for people-related work helping businesses and employees to thrive through effective talent acquisition, management, engagement, and development.

Becky has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.

Stewart Stanton III, Managing Director - C2FO

Stewart has worked with Corporate Boards, C-Suites, Senior Executives and Treasury teams across industries for the past 22 years, advising them on a multitude of topics including corporate finance, liquidity, risk management, debt and mergers & acquisitions. The depth and breadth of his financial and strategic experience is a key asset in helping companies understand how to use technology to positively impact, optimize and manage their cash flow, balance sheet and P&L statement. 

Prior to C2FO, Stewart was an investment banker with Barclays Capital and served in leadership roles at Texas Instruments across several functional areas, including Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing. He earned an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University before earning an MBA from the University of California-Irvine.


Patrick Munkholm, CTP     SVP, Treasury Management Director - Fifth Third Bank

Patrick's responsibilities include managing and coordinating Treasury Management Services for five industry verticals including Entertainment, Lodging & Leisure, Energy, Healthcare, Technology, Media & Telecomm as well as Embedded Payments within Fifth Third Bancorp. 

Patrick has been with Fifth Third Bank since 1999. He began his tenure in Retail and Private Banking before advancing to the Corporate Treasury Management Department as Vice President and Treasury Management Officer. His expertise includes Large Corporate, Mid Corporate,  International Commercial clients, Government and Institutional Banking and Global Financial Institution clients. Patrick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 1998 from the University of Minnesota. In 2004 he earned his designation as a Certified Treasury Professional and has been a member of the Association for Financial Professionals since that time.

Tyler Gadker, Director of Accounting - Cincinnati Bengals

Tyler has over a decade of Finance / Accounting experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Kentucky University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University. His background is diverse with experience in distribution, manufacturing, technology and sports through a variety of roles. Tyler enjoys utilizing his skills for financial strategic planning and cross functional problem solving. In his current role with the Bengals, he is responsible for treasury, accounting and FP&A. 




Blair Kisker, Vice President, Finance & Accounting - FC Cincinnati

Blair has been with FC Cincinnati since 2018, focusing on driving fiscal efficiency and strategic financial planning.

His experience includes multiple finance and accounting roles while at Valvoline, specializing in cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and financial planning and reporting. After 4 years and graduating Ohio Wesleyan University majoring in Accounting, Blair Kisker left to attend the University of Kentucky to obtain his Masters of Business Administration.

He is a board member of the Woltemade Center (Ohio Wesleyan University’s Business & Economics Center) and was named an award recipient for the 2023 Cincinnati Business Courier’s 40 Under 40 for his professional experience and service back to the Cincinnati community.
