David has more than thirty-five years of experience in investment research and portfolio management, as well as extensive knowledge of the financial markets and their impact on our local, national and global economies. He is President and Portfolio Manager of the WesMark Funds, serving as lead portfolio manager for the WesMark Growth Fund and the WesMark Balanced Fund. He directs a team of thirteen investment analysts who manage portfolios for WesBanco Trust and Investment Services and WesBanco Bank Inc.
