Please join the SWOAFP for the first meeting of calendar 2022, with our featured speaker, Ryan Coslett, the President at Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment.
Prior to his promotion to President, Ryan was the Chief People Officer for Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment. Coslett came to Jeff Ruby’s from Macy's Inc., where he served as VP of Human Resources. Prior to that, he was Senior Director of Human Resources for Target Optical, a position he took after serving as Director of Human Resources for LensCrafters at Luxottica Retail.
Jeff will address the role that Jeff Ruby's plays as the premier culinary destination in the region, with restaurants in Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville, Lexington, and Nashville, and the challenges they faced in managing a large operation during the Covid pandemic.
